A brand new 80-unit townhouse development in the Willerville area of Langley. Our team completed the full roofing scope during the construction phase, from sheathing to final finishes.
This project required close coordination with the developer and multiple trades to ensure timely installation and code compliance. The result was a high-performance roofing system designed for durability, energy efficiency, and long-term curb appeal.

Scope of Work
● New roof system installation across all townhouse units
● Full integration of underlayment, flashing, and shingle systems during construction sequencing
● Installation of 26-gauge step flashing, wall flashing, and “W” style valleys
● Proper venting systems installed including plumbing, attic, and furnace penetrations
● Malarkey shingle application with starter strips and Ridgeflex ridge/hip caps
● Daily safety compliance and quality checks per BC Building Code and WorkSafeBC requirements
