A Top Class Roofing LTD completed the roofing installation for a newly constructed luxury mansion on Balsam Crescent in White Rock. This custom-built estate required precise craftsmanship and high-end materials to match the scale and architectural design of the home.
Our team worked closely with the builder during the construction phase to ensure the roofing system was installed efficiently while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. The roof system features premium Presidential architectural shingles, selected for their superior durability, dimensional appearance, and long-term weather resistance. Special attention was given to flashing details, roof penetrations, and ventilation systems to ensure maximum protection and long-term performance in the Lower Mainland climate. All work was completed in accordance with BC Building Code requirements and WorkSafeBC safety standards.
Scope of Work
- Installation of a full roofing system for a new luxury residential estate
- Installation of Presidential architectural asphalt shingles on all sloped roof sections
- Installation of synthetic underlayment and moisture barrier systems for complete deck protection
- Installation of 26-gauge metal valleys, step flashing, and wall flashing systems
- Installation of roof penetrations including plumbing vents, attic ventilation, and exhaust vent flashings
- Installation of starter shingles and ridge cap systems for a finished and weather-sealed roofing system
- Integration of proper roof ventilation systems to maintain airflow and extend roof lifespan
- Daily site cleanup and quality assurance inspections throughout the installation process
- All work performed in compliance with BC Building Code and WorkSafeBC safety
