A Top Class Roofing LTD completed the full roofing installation for a brand-new luxury custom-built mansion in South Surrey. This high-end residential project required detailed coordination with the builder during the construction phase to ensure proper sequencing with framing, exterior finishing, and waterproofing components.
The roofing system was designed to provide long-term durability, superior waterproofing, and a clean architectural finish to complement the modern design of the estate. Sloped roof sections were installed using IKO architectural shingles, while all flat roof and deck areas were completed using a professional torch-on modified bitumen membrane system to ensure maximum waterproof protection.
All work was carried out in compliance with BC Building Code requirements and WorkSafeBC safety standards, with strict quality control throughout the installation process.
