A large-scale re-roofing project for a multi-building townhouse complex in Surrey. This project required coordination with the strata council and property management to ensure safety, quality, and minimal disruption to residents. Our team managed the full tear-off, deck repairs, and installation of Malarkey Highlander CS shingles with complete underlayment protection, ice and water shield, and new flashing systems. All roof vents were upgraded to RT65 units, and workmanship is being carried out to meet BC Building Code and WorkSafeBC standards
Scope of Work
● Removal and disposal of existing roofing system
● Replacement of deteriorated plywood sheathing where required
● Installation of Malarkey Highlander CS shingles (30-year rated)
● Synthetic underlayment, ice/water shield, and reinforced eave protection
● New 26-gauge “W” valleys, step flashing, wall flashing, and fascia diverters
● Replacement of furnace, plumbing, attic, washroom, and kitchen vents with RT65 units
● Ridgeflex 12” hip and ridge capping for all ridges and hips
● Daily cleanup and quality assurance inspections
