A Top Class Roofing LTD completed the full re-roof of a single-family home in South Surrey. The project involved removing the existing roofing system and installing a premium architectural shingle roof to enhance durability, weather resistance, and curb appeal. Work was performed with minimal disruption to the homeowner and in full compliance with BC Building Code and WorkSafeBC safety standards.
Scope of Work
- Removal and disposal of existing asphalt shingles and underlayment
- Replacement of deteriorated plywood sheathing where required
- Installation of premium architectural shingles on all sloped roof sections
- Installation of synthetic underlayment, ice/water shield, and reinforced eave protection
- Installation of metal flashings, step flashing, wall flashing, and valleys
- Proper installation of roof penetrations including vents, plumbing, and exhaust
- Daily cleanup and quality assurance inspections
